This fee grants you a 12-month access to our profile scouts, who will utilize our live database to search for potential matches on your behalf or for your loved one(s). Becoming a member of Top Rishta not only offers you the opportunity to find a quality life partner but also relieves you of the entire time-consuming process of seeking one.

Once we have received payment, we will move you to our priority list and send you our Top Rishta form.  We have developed a comprehensive form to gain deeper insights into your personality and marriage preferences. It’s crucial to answer each question honestly and provide detailed responses. This is your opportunity to express your true self and clearly define your ideal partner. Rest assured, there’s no judgment here. We understand that choosing a life partner is a significant decision, and finding someone who aligns with your core values is paramount.

We take pride in our unique approach in the industry. We refrain from simply directing our clients to an app for self-navigation through the search process. Instead, our team of profile scouts takes this responsibility upon themselves, personally reading, studying, and understanding each file to ensure they find the most compatible match for you. We handpick profiles that meet your requirements, taking into account the cultural nuances, challenges, and requirements of Pakistanis and Overseas Pakistanis.

This is where we roll up our sleeves and get down to business. We have four main channels to find a match for our clients and we explore each one until we find a match.

We have on ground profile scouts in every continent of the World and especially in the countries where there is a larger presence of Overseas Pakistanis. Our Top Rishta agents are all Overseas Pakistanis themselves and are very well connected with the local Pakistani community of the respected city they are in. Thanks to our hardworking TR agents we have fresh files coming in from all corners of the World.

D. Our personal Network:

The owner of Top Rishta is a very well connected and well travelled man. He has been serving Pakistan directly and indirectly for the last 15 years and has managed to earn a strong level of credibility. This was evident when he started the Overseas Pakistani platform with hundreds of people joining within hours of the announcement of his platform. Due to his strong networking skills many established Overseas Pakistani families approach him directly which further boosts the Top Rishta database.

This is a crucial stage. Once both sides have shown interest for each other's files, we exchange their contact details so they can get to know each other better and organize a meeting. This is where we strongly encourage both parties to thoroughly assess their compatibility. It’s essential to discuss core values, life plans, expectations, and anything else that holds significance in a lifelong partnership. Open and honest communication is key during this phase. We advise being upfront about your requirements and expectations. Typically, this step takes around 3-6 months.

Please note: We do not take any guarantee or responsibility for anything either side has written in their files. It is up to both sides to confirm and carry out any due diligence amongst themselves.

Once both sides establish a connection and decide to proceed with Nikah, our role is fulfilled. We collect our non-refundable final service fee from each side & sincerely wish you both a future filled with happiness, health, and success Insha’Allah. However, if you don’t feel a connection for any reason, we kindly request a detailed feedback from both sides and so we can continue the search on your behalf.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We kindly ask you to read and acknowledge the following terms
and conditions before we proceed with your registration:

1. Process Understanding: I have thoroughly read through the
entire process outlined on the Top Rishta website.

2. No Guarantee & Time Frame: I understand that there is no
guarantee of finding a life partner through this platform. I
understand that the time frame to find a life partner may vary
from weeks to an indefinite period.

3. Due Diligence: I understand that it is the responsibility of
both parties (Female & Male side) to carry out due diligence
regarding each other’s background and any information
provided on their forms.

4. Admin Fee: I understand that the $50 USD is an
administrative fee that covers a 12-month period. This fee
allows clients to be included on our platform, enabling us to
present any matching profiles that meet their requirements.

5. Role of Top Rishta: I understand that Top Rishta’s main job
is to introduce potential matches to each other and does not
get involved any further. Once two sides have been
introduced, any further questions, clarifications, meeting
organisations and finalising of event dates need to be
managed between both parties amongst themselves. Top
Rishta does not get involved.

6. Nonrefundable Fee: I acknowledge that the $50 USD admin
fee is nonrefundable.

7. Success Fee: I understand that if both parties agree to move
ahead with Nikkah, each side is obliged to pay a final
success fee which is currently set at $500 USD. We expect
both sides to keep us updated with the progress on a
monthly basis.

8. Failure to Pay: I understand that failure to pay the success $
fee may result in actions being taken against my credit record
or having my file and name moved to collection agencies
with further fines imposed.

9. Behaviour: I understand that any rude, disrespectful or
Inappropriate behavior towards the T.R team or potential
clients or repetitive spamming of messages may result in the
cancellation of my membership. Please note: Once a match
has been shared we expect an honest and reasonable effort
to get to know the other side. Refusing to engage with
potential matches without any explanation may result in the
cancellation of your membership.

10. Confidentiality: I understand that any files sent to me are
for my eyes only and should not be forwarded or sent to
anyone else except for the person they were intended for

11. Communication: I acknowledge that all communication
between my self and Top Rishta must be in writing or voice
notes for record-keeping and clarity among all team
members and clients. I also understand that Top Rishta
Profile scouts will be in touch with me themselves soon as
they have a potential match.

The sign-up fee you have paid covers the registration of your details, a thorough review of your profile, and our dedicated efforts to find a match for you or your loved ones. Please understand that matchmaking is a thoughtful and detailed process. Unlike an instant transaction, finding the right match involves careful consideration and can take time. Our goal is to ensure a meaningful connection, which requires patience and understanding. The fee supports our active search for up to 12 months.

Our team is diligently working to evaluate each new profile to identify potential matches. We will reach out to you as soon as we find a match that aligns with your preferences and requirements. If you do not hear from us immediately, it simply means that we have not yet identified a suitable match.

We kindly request your patience during this period. While we welcome updates to your profile or any questions you may have, we ask that you avoid sending frequent update requests. Excessive or repetitive inquiries may lead to a temporary suspension of communication and, in some cases, the cancellation of your contract, as they do not accelerate the process.
