The registration fee records your details on our platform and provides membership access for a period of up to 12 months. During this time, a dedicated profile scout will be assigned to oversee your file. Please note, this fee is strictly for registration and membership access - it does not cover introductions or guarantee matches and is non‑refundable.

Once we have received your payment, you will be moved to our priority list and provided with the Top Rishta Form along with I.D verification requirements.

The Top Rishta Form is a comprehensive document designed to give us deeper insights into your personality, values, and marriage preferences. It is essential that you answer each question honestly and provide detailed responses. This is your opportunity to express yourself openly and clearly define the partner you are seeking. Your privacy is fully protected, and there is no judgment we understand that choosing a life partner is one of life’s most significant decisions. Because our search is based entirely on this form, please ensure your responses are accurate and thorough. This helps us avoid wasting your time, our team’s time, and the other party’s time, while ensuring the best possible match.

For I.D Verification, Top Rishta is exclusively for Overseas Pakistanis. You must provide proof of your status by submitting a copy of a government‑issued I.D (such as a passport or driver’s licence). If you are on a work or student visa, a copy of your visa will be required.

Please note:

Clients must be of legal marriageable age in order to proceed. All forms are to be completed personally by the client; submissions made by parents, siblings, or friends will not be accepted.

We take pride in our unique approach in the industry. We refrain from simply directing our clients to an app for self-navigation through the search process. Instead, our team of profile scouts takes this responsibility upon themselves, personally reading, studying, and understanding each file to ensure they find the most compatible match for you. We handpick profiles that meet your requirements, taking into account the cultural nuances, challenges, and requirements of Pakistanis and Overseas Pakistanis.

This is where the real work begins. Your assigned profile scout work across four dedicated channels to identify and refine potential connections, exploring each one thoroughly until we uncover the right fit. We only share a female’s profile with the male side once she has given explicit permission. The process begins with male profiles being shared with the female side for review. If the female expresses interest, her profile is then shared with the male side. Before we present any profile, we ensure it meets not only your requirements but also that your file aligns with theirs. A match must be mutual to move forward.

D. Our personal Network:

Our team at Top Rishta is well-connected and widely experienced, with a history of serving Pakistan in various capacities. Over time, they have earned strong credibility within the community. This was evident when the Overseas Pakistani platform launched, attracting hundreds of members within hours. Thanks to these networks, many established Overseas Pakistani families now approach our team directly, further strengthening and expanding the Top Rishta database.

Once both parties have had the chance to review each other’s profiles and expressed a genuine interest in moving forward, we consider this a formal introduction. At this stage, a small fee of $25 USD is collected from each side as part of the process. Following this, the female client’s contact details are shared with the male side, who is kindly expected to reach out within 24 hours of receiving the number. This ensures the connection begins promptly, with positive energy and mutual enthusiasm, setting the tone for a respectful and meaningful conversation.

Congratulations if you have made it to this step. You are now one step away from being married. This stage is both important and truly exciting, so it deserves your full care and attention.

With mutual interest already established, this phase is about building a genuine connection. We encourage both sides to be open, confident, and sincere in their conversations, sharing honestly about themselves and their vision for marriage.

This is the time to explore compatibility in a meaningful way: discussing core values, life plans, expectations, and everything that matters in a lifelong partnership. Typically, this stage takes around 6 -12 months, giving both parties the opportunity to ask thoughtful questions, spend time understanding each other, and move forward with clarity. We encourage approaching this step with respect, maturity, and a positive mindset setting egos aside, listening with love and patience, and giving each other a fair chance to connect.

The goal is to nurture rapport, build trust, and create space for honest dialogue. By being clear about boundaries where needed, yet open to meeting in the middle, both sides can discover whether this is the right match.

Please note: Top Rishta does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided in client files. It is the responsibility of both sides to confirm details and carry out their own due diligence.

By this stage, we hope both individuals have begun to see whether a true life partner may be found in the person introduced. If, after 12 months, both sides remain on good terms, continue moving forward with positivity, and the connection is strong, we consider this a successful match and our role fulfilled. At that point, we collect our final service fee, celebrating the progress you’ve made together.

Please note, we do not wait for the nikkah ceremony itself to take place before collecting the final fee, as every couple has their own unique timeline. Family arrangements, work commitments, education, and living in different parts of the world all play a role in when marriage formally happens.

If both sides feel ready to proceed with nikkah before the 12‑month mark, they may notify us, and we will collect the final service fee at that time.

If, however, things do not progress toward marriage, we simply restart the search and present new profiles, continuing the journey until the right match is found. In such cases, a new sign‑up fee will be required only if your previous 12‑month period has ended, ensuring fairness and clarity in the process.

Terms & Conditions

1. Process Understanding

   I confirm that I have read and understood the full process outlined on the Top Rishta website.

2. No Guarantee & Time Frame
   I understand that Top Rishta does not guarantee finding a life partner. The time frame may vary from weeks to an indefinite period.
3. Due Diligence
   Both parties are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding background and information provided in forms.
4. Administrative Fee
   I acknowledge that the $100 USD fee covers a 12‑month membership. This fee allows inclusion on the platform and access to matching profiles.
5. Role of Top Rishta
   Top Rishta’s role is limited to introducing potential matches. All further communication, clarifications, meetings, and arrangements must be managed directly between the two parties.
6. Non‑Refundable Fee
   I acknowledge that the $100 USD registration fee, the Introduction Fee, and the Final Service Fee are all non‑refundable.
7. Success Fee
   If both parties agree to proceed with Nikkah, each side must pay a success fee of $500 USD. Both sides are expected to keep Top Rishta updated on progress.
8. Failure to Pay
   Failure to pay the success fee may result
   in actions including:
   • Referral to collection agencies and additional fines
   • Impact on credit records
   • Public advisory notices via social media/local community
   • Filing of a report with local authorities
9. Client Responsibility
   The registered client is solely responsible for all applicable fees, including introduction and success fees.
10. Behaviour
    Any rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour towards the Top Rishta team or other clients, as well as repeated spamming, may result in membership cancellation. Once a match is shared, clients are expected to make a genuine effort to engage. Refusal to engage without explanation may also lead to cancellation.
11. Confidentiality & Privacy
    
    Files shared by Top Rishta are strictly confidential and must not be forwarded or shared with anyone other than the intended recipient.

    All client details will be permanently removed from our records once a match has been successfully finalized and your file is officially closed.

12. Communication
    All communication with Top Rishta must be in writing or via voice notes for record‑keeping. Profile Scouts will contact clients only when a potential match is available, to address urgent matters, or to liaise regarding ongoing matches. They do not respond to repeated inquiries about when new matches will be shared. Matchmaking is a layered process, and profiles are only shared when both sides’ requirements align.
13. Not a Dating Service
    This platform is strictly for those seeking marriage. Every action and conversation should be directed toward the goal of finding a life partner. Clients using the service for casual friendships, flings, or non‑serious purposes will have their membership cancelled. All efforts should remain dedicated to the sincere process of finding a life partner for marriage.
14. Urgency & Commitment
    Matchmaking requires significant time and effort from our Profile Scouts, who carefully review and scout files. Once introduced, clients are expected to prioritize communication - matching time zones, attending calls, and responding promptly. Delayed or careless communication, lack of effort, or treating the process casually will result in removal from the platform. Marriage is one of the most important decisions in life, and it must be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

We fully appreciate how important it is for you to find a suitable match, and we share your commitment to this goal.

Please understand that matchmaking is a thoughtful and layered process. Unlike an instant transaction, finding the right match involves careful consideration and can take time. Our goal is to ensure a meaningful connection, which requires patience and understanding. 

Our team diligently works to evaluate each new profile to identify potential matches. We will reach out to you as soon as we find a match that aligns with your preferences and requirements. If you do not hear from us immediately, it simply means that we have not yet identified a suitable match.

We kindly request your patience during this period. While we welcome updates to your profile or any questions you may have, we ask that you avoid sending frequent update requests. Excessive or repetitive inquiries may lead to a temporary suspension of communication and, in some cases, the cancellation of your contract, as they do not accelerate the process.
